Our textiles are woven using traditional loom methods and are carefully hand finished by master tailors. If dyed, fibres are specially washed without squeezing to prevent damage and are OEKO-TEC certified, which means they are tested to ensure they contain no harmful chemicals.

You are welcome to return your order for a refund or an exchange within 28 days from the date of delivery, providing the item you are returning is un-worn, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
Please make sure you put all your details in the box including your name and order number. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund and/or credit note.
When returning an order, please obtain proof-of-postage. If your returns are lost in the post and you do not have proof of postage, we will be unable to issue a refund.
