UK returns: Returns are free for UK customers. Visit our RETURN PORTAL.
International returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Import duty can be reclaimed once your refund has been processed.
UK RETURNS
If the item you have purchased is not quite right, you are welcome to return your order for a refund. You must initiate the return via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to send the item back to us, provided the item is unworn, in a resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that swimwear returns are only accepted if the hygiene sticker is intact and has not been removed.
We do not charge for return postage; however, we do charge
£3 handling fee for standard returns
£5 handling fee where 3 or more items are returned from a single order
£10 handling fee where 8 or more items are returned from a single order, or where the majority of the order is returned, regardless of whether part of the order is retained
Each returned item is thoroughly inspected, ironed, and repackaged by our dedicated team to ensure it is ready for the next customer.
Please:
- Include your name and order number in the return parcel to avoid delays in processing your refund or credit note.
- If your order is shipped in multiple packages and you return the entire order, additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, along with the restocking fee.

If you decide to arrange your own return delivery, we recommend using a tracked service from the Royal Mail. A number of courier companies will not deliver to a PO Box, so please check with your chosen courier. We are not responsible for your return if you have organised it.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to return an item please contact us at info@pashaliving.com and we will advise you of the best method to ensure your return gets back to us.
You are welcome to return your order for a refund or an exchange within 28 days from the date of delivery, providing the item you are returning is unworn, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
Please make sure you include all your details, including your name and order number. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund and/or credit note.
As returns are the responsibility of the buyer, we will not issue refunds for items that are lost in the post. This is an unlikely event, but please ensure that you purchase postage that would cover your loss. If you have any queries, contact us at info@pashaliving.com
Please ensure that your parcel is clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS”. Do not declare the parcel as “sale of goods”, otherwise customs charges may be applied. Returns received with custom charges may be refused and returned to the sender.
International shipping costs and any customs charges will not be refunded.
