Please note, all orders are shipped from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE EU & NI
As of 9th December 2024, all shipments to the EU and Northern Ireland will be suspended due to new GPSR regulations surrounding sales in the EU. We sincerely apologise for any disappointment this may cause. The updated rules require a physical point of contact within the EU to handle product safety concerns. Regrettably, this would add over €100 per item, a cost we cannot absorb or reasonably expect our customers to pay. Thank you for your understanding.
You are welcome to return your order for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in a resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that swimwear returns are only accepted if the hygiene sticker is intact and has not been removed.
We do not charge for return postage; however, a restocking fee of £1.95 will be deducted from your refund. If you order three or more items and return all of them, a £5 fee will be deducted from your refund. Each returned item is thoroughly inspected, ironed, and repackaged by our dedicated team to ensure it is ready for the next customer.
Please note:
- Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Include your name and order number in the return parcel to avoid delays in processing your refund or credit note.
- If your order is shipped in multiple packages and you return the entire order, additional shipping charges will be deducted from your refund along with the restocking fee.

Important: Our PO Box is not the final destination. It may take a few days for your return to reach us at Pasha HQ.
If you decide to arrange your own return delivery we recommend using a tracked service from the Royal Mail. A number of courier companies will not deliver to a PO Box, so please check with your chosen courier. We are not responsible for your return if you have organised it.

Please make sure you put all your details in the box including your name and order number. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund and/or credit note.
