Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to understand your rights and our obligations under UK consumer law.

Change of Mind – Online Purchases (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you wish to cancel. You can do this via our returns portal. Once you've notified us, you then have another 14 days to return the item(s).

To qualify for a refund:

- Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

- We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what would be permitted in a physical shop (e.g. wear, perfume, stains, makeup marks, missing labels).

If you are cancelling under your legal right to change your mind, we will refund you the price paid, including standard delivery charges. Return postage is your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You may be entitled to:

- A full refund (if the fault is reported within 30 days and the item is unused), or

- A repair or replacement (if the item has been used or worn)

Please include photos and a brief explanation of the issue when you get in touch. We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund. If we believe the fault occurred due to use or handling after delivery, we may offer a repair or partial refund instead.

Returns Process

Please use our Royal Mail Returns Portal to generate your free UK return label.

If you are arranging your own return, we recommend using a tracked service from the Royal Mail. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

Restocking Fee (Non-Faulty Returns Only)

£3 handling fee for standard returns

£5 handling fee where 3 or more items are returned from a single order

£10 handling fee where 8 or more items are returned from a single order, or where the majority of the order is returned, regardless of whether part of the order is retained 

Restocking fees do not apply to faulty or damaged items or where we are at fault.

The PO BOX is not the final destination, and it will take a minimum of 48 hours to be delivered to us for processing. 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return.

- Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable

- If your order was shipped in multiple packages and you return everything, additional shipping charges may be deducted

International Returns

International returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please contact us for the appropriate returns address before sending your parcel.

If your country charges import duties, VAT or handling fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not imposed or collected by us. We are not able to refund these charges under any circumstances, as they are levied by local customs authorities.

However, if you return an item for any reason (including if it is faulty or unwanted), you may be eligible to reclaim import VAT and duties from your local customs office - especially if the goods were not used and are being re-exported.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure that your parcel is clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS”. Do not declare the parcel as “sale of goods”, otherwise customs charges may be applied. Returns received with custom charges may be refused and returned to the sender.
