CELIA B Sabrina Dress

We are so excited to introduce you to Celia B's Resort 24 collection "Oceans of Fantasy".  In a move towards sustainability this is Celia's first collection using recycled cotton. 

The Sabrina Dress is made from a lightweight fabric in royal blue. The sleeves and collar are made from a tight pleated fabric and the dress is adorned with delicate pearlescent beads. The dress can be drawn in at the waist for a fitted look. The fabric is a little sheer and may require a slip.
